Dargumir - The Jester

The Xordai differ in their beliefs from most of the peoples of Tirakan. These worship in many forms the four or seven gods, who are also considered by Humans to be the highest beings in the world. The Xordai, however, pray to the two Gods Argorin and Dargumir.

Chaotic Mirth (6): The priest invokes Dargumir's influence to cause a target within 10 meters to laugh uncontrollably for 10 minutes. While laughing, the target will find it difficult to perform any action that requires concentration. However, the priest experiences a surge of manic energy, making it difficult to concentrate on his own tasks during this time.
Jester's Gambit (7): By invoking Dargumir's chaotic nature, the priest can cause a random minor event to occur within a radius of 15 meters for 1 hour, such as objects shifting position or unexpected sounds. This creates confusion for enemies, but can also inadvertently affect allies. The priest feels a lingering sense of unpredictability, making it difficult to trust one's own perceptions during this time.
Dance of Destruction (18): The priest calls upon Dargumir to initiate a frenzied dance within a 20 meter radius for 10 minutes. All creatures in the area, including allies, are forced to dance uncontrollably, causing chaos and potential harm. The priest is immune, but feels an overwhelming urge to join in, making it difficult to maintain control of the situation.

The Xordai differ in their beliefs from most of the peoples of Tirakan. These worship in many forms the four or seven gods, who are also considered by Humans to be the highest beings in the world. The Xordai, however, pray to the two Gods Argorin and Dargumir.

Dargumir is the fool. He is Argorin's companion and accompanies him on his perpetual quest. Unlike Argorin, he is far from inner peace. His actions are chaotic, his works partly cruel. He is hopelessness, but also stands for life in the absolute now. Dargumir is attributed with destruction and death.

Although the Gods of Xordai are opposites, both are worshipped in the same sense. Xordai live about 800 years, and so death and oblivion play a rather minor role. In addition, Dargumir is Argorin's companion, and thus deserves their respect in any case. This view has led to two currents in Xordai culture. Although the majority of the dwarven people follow Argorin's paths, there is no small group of preachers of Dargumir who follow Dargumir's teachings.
