Work
Whisper of the Tempest (6): Lhugghu grants the priest the ability to conjure a localized, chaotic windstorm within a 10-meter radius for 10 minutes. This tempest disrupts ranged attacks and movement, increasing the minimum roll for such actions by 1 for all within the area. The priest, while able to navigate the storm, experiences disorientation, raising the minimum roll for perception checks by 1 during this period.
Echoes of Catastrophe (8): By invoking the power of Lhugghu, the priest can cause a target within 15 meters to relive a traumatic disaster from their past for 1 hour. This mental turmoil distracts the target, increasing their minimum roll on concentration related checks by 2 for the duration. The priest must maintain concentration to maintain this effect, and any lapse will end it prematurely.
Maelstrom of Havoc (19): Lhugghu unleashes a massive vortex of chaotic energy within a 20 meter radius for 1 hour. All structures and objects in the area are subject to rapid decay and destruction. Creatures within the maelstrom find their actions unpredictable, increasing the minimum roll for all checks by 2. The priest, while controlling the chaos, suffers from residual instability, increasing the minimum roll for physis checks by 2 for the next 24 hours.

But they can still fly because they defy the laws of nature, being the embodiment of unnature. Lhugghu is often blamed for all sorts of disasters, and there is even an outrageous theory that he, along with Duglaraan, is to blame for some bad spring floods in the past. Lhugghu Servants Zzibra and Cayogbaar also seem to have offspring, as a flock of perverse black birds can often be found around them, albeit with wings that peck out the eyes of their victims. This mob, known as the raven plague, is dismissed as folklore by some magic theorists, however, even though reports of it have been heard time and again. A demonologist who has proven himself worthy of Lhugghu's services can command the wind but also summon the raven plague. Zzzibra and Cayogbaar, however, only seem to appear when their cursed lord is invoked, which has hardly ever happened even among the most depraved Pactians, for the powers of this demon tear most people apart immediately.
